Bowing to your greatness, I have a question I'd like your help with.

0.0007 milligrams per kilogram of body weight perchlorate (Cl O4)is what the NAS said was a safe level for water in a press release yesterday, what do you work this out to in PPB? (I wanted to double check my calculations)
